A former government official announced today that power grids across the country have been infiltrated by hackers. Intelligence officials are saying these cyberspies are from Russia and China among other places. Officials also claim that programs installed by the hackers could have devistating effects on a multitude of systems from sewer to financial.
Could this be a false flag red flag?
